Fairview has been a primary sponsor in projects spanning various assets classes, including retail, hotel, office, mixed-use, and multifamily. The team behind Fairview Ventures is passionate about creating inspired spaces that spur economic growth within the San Gabriel Valley and cities east of Los Angeles.

Our History

Fairview Ventures was founded in the mid-nineties as a multifamily investment and property management company. Today, Fairview is based in Pasadena and is actively involved with a broad spectrum of properties and projects. Through its various partnerships and affiliations, Fairview has an active and vast reach in Southern California, particularly the San Gabriel Valley and the eastern cities along the 10 and 210 corridors through Los Angeles, San Bernardino, & Riverside County. The company considers multifamily investments as its primary focus, and has experience with other asset classes, as well.

Currently the Principal of Fairview Ventures, Jason Mak oversees all business aspects of the company. He received a B.S. from UC San Diego and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Jason is a licensed real estate broker in California and serves as a Director of the South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce.
